When Murdoch arrived at Habitat, you could see nearly every bone on his body.  His previous owners were planning an upsetting fate for him, but thankfully a neighbor stepped in on Murdoch’s behalf!  It took months of careful refeeding to heal him physically, but the stress of his former home lasted far past his physical healing. While maintaining wonderful manners, Murdoch told us with his facial expressions that he wasn't very comfortable with us. That is, until just a couple of months ago.
