Meet Jaeger

Jaeger is a darling gelding who just finished up helping to look out for some of our baby (2-4 years old) horses. He took over the role of big brother, letting them play and romp around with him, but also letting them know when they crossed a line. He took his role very seriously, and this patient guy is now able to enjoy retirement since the babies grew up and moved to new herds, pastures, and homes. He is sweet, easy to catch, and does not mind short rides around the pasture and on trails with his friends. He does have EPM, but it really does not slow him down in his day to day life – he still runs full blast across the pasture at times! Shy, but sweet with people; once he gets to know you, he is easy to halter, great to lead, and good for the farrier.
