Meet Aurora

Aurora is a cute, social mare who sustained some injuries to her muscles on her shoulders in the past. She can occasionally be shy at first but once you get to know her, she will approach in pasture and is easy to catch. She stands great for the farrier and for tacking up and mounting. She has been known to come across the pasture when she sees humans with a whicker to greet them; and then ask for a tail scratch. She loves her tail scratched and can be found politely positioning herself near humans to achieve this! She seems to have some education under saddle. She can be a bit worried about new environments so will need a calm, confident human she can trust to help her along. At this point, she may only be sound for light riding, but if you think she sounds as great as we do, schedule an appointment to meet her today!
