Meet Archer

This sweet boy finds the world a bit scary. Understandable, as he can’t see any of it. While at our ranch, he’s been learning all about fly masks, haltering, and trusting humans to prevent him from running into things. He’s still learning, and possibly will be all his life, but he’s doing better every day. Are you experienced with horses that need a bit more time and patience to train? Or with blind horses? He’ll be waiting to hear from you, and in the meantime, he’ll keep learning all about the horse life in a human world so he can go home!

Keep Our Herd Cool this Summer

Texas heat is hard on our entire herd, but especially for our seniors like Jericho here. Older equines struggle with regulating their body temperature, have trouble breathing, and can become dehydrated quickly. The cost of caring for them adds up fast — can you send a gift and help us prep for the season?
