In an effort to develop better relations within the equine community, this is a public service announcement for all those pro-slaughter folks who take extreme joy in killing horses.

Listen up, guys! Have I got the perfect deal for you! How would you like to get away from all the tree-hugging, tofu-eating animal activists and have an absolute field day doing exactly what you love doing? This is the perfect job for ex-slaughterhouse maintenance men in New Mexico, podunk town state Reps from Wyoming and their horse trainers, owners and trainers of Tennessee Walking Horses and every Senator and Representative inside the beltway that voted against the American Horse Slaughter Prevention Act.

Seriously, this is great. You want to open a slaughterhouse for horses but those city slicker whiners won’t let you? Are you a frustrated leader of a National Horse Breed Association, a suit-wearing vet with the AVMA? You positively qualify!

Imagine the thrill of hunting down and killing 14,000 pest, feral horses while flying around in a helicopter! And the government pays you for it. No messy bodies to clean up, no EPA standards, no fussy meat inspectors, just KILL horses! Is that Heaven or what!

(Just for fun, if you ever get a chance, ask Sloppy Sue or her sidekick, DD, to define “feral.”)

As a public service, here’s all the information you need, but quick, get on the phone, send in your resume, pack up your AR-15 and jump on a plane. Everything you always wanted, minus all the pain-in-the-butt horse lovers. Is life great or what?

PUSH FOR HUNTERS TO CULL WILD HORSES

National parks’ officials want professional hunters to be able to cull feral horses in Kosciuszko National Park.

The call from the National Parks Association of NSW (NPA) follows a report by two experts who say an estimated 14,000 feral horses are doing irreparable damage to water catchments and ecosystems in the Mount Pilot wilderness area.

The NSW government is working on a controversial plan to allow amateur hunters into national parks to cull animals deemed pests by authorities.
