Temperament: Ariel is a calm mare with solid manners.  She's been handled by a teenager in her foster home and he's done well with her.  He did attempt to put a saddle pad on her which she took okay, but when saddled, she did rear.  So, she's likely never had a saddle on her back and will need starting from the ground up. 


Physical problems / health issues: Ariel has an old injury to a foot that the vet is currently writing a report on. That information will be added shortly.

Interaction with horses:  Currently getting along fine in a mixed herd of horses, not dominant.

Interaction with people:

History: Seized by law enforcement and donated to the organization. She was used as a broodmare in her previous home.

Training / abilities: Ariel has no formal training but her ground manners are ok. She's you and seems like a horse that has not been worked with in the past. Her abilities are to be determined based on a veterinary evaluation of her hoof. She would not be suitable for sport.
