Horses need time to adjust when moved to new surroundings. We highly recommend you visit, spend time with the equines and evaluate the equine before making a decision"

Explain overall training:   Willow knows the basics.  She moves out easily with heel pressure and will go into a trot with additional pressure.  She needs very loose reins and will stop if the rider leans forward.  We are riding her 4-6 hours per week and she has shown real progress since we got her the first week of Feb. 2011.   At this time she needs a more experienced and confident rider.  She has a really good heart and does well when she understands the instructions.  She is sensitive under saddle, however, she is not reactive or spooky.  As the bond is increasing with her through time she is showing real good progress.  She will be a great horse for someone who will spend the necessary time to get to know her and let her get to know them.

Explain history if known:  Willow was a part of a seizure and was thin when she arrived.  She is now a “full figured” girl and looks great.  She has been trained and knows the basics on the ground and under saddle.
