Interaction with people: Easy to handle.  Not overly friendly but not fearful or aggressive. 

History: Donated in lieu of seizure.

Training / abilities: Tulip is very easy to handle on the ground.  Her manners are very good.  Her riding skill  have not been assessed due to the fact that she still needs to gain weight.
