Temperament: San Java is a good girl, though she's not had much handling in the past and is a bit unsure, especially of new people and situations.  She just needs daily handling and will come around very quickly.

Physical problems / health issues: None known, very healthy and an easy keeper with the weight on her now.

Interaction with horses: Has buddied up with several horses, appears to be middle to lower part of the herd hierarchy.

Interaction with people:

History: Donated in lieu of seizure.

Training / abilities: Not much has been done with her, she needs work on ground manners.  Has a kind temperament, just is unsure. Could be trained to do anything, comes from a line of horses that have great temperaments and experience in western pleasure.  Could also be a cute hunter pony type.

Experience level required to work with this horse: Intermediate, needs to learn more.

Has this horse ever: Bucked? No. Reared? No. Kicked? No. Bitten? No. Other?

Ground handling: Catch? Not easily, but will come for feed. Lead? Yes. Tie? Needs work. Trailer? She can be coaxed in. Clip? No. Trim Feet? Working on picking them up.  Bathe? Not yet, needs work.

Special needs: None known.

Other comments: Java is not a tall gal, but finely put together.  She has a great temperament, she just needs to be schooled and to learn what is expected of her.
