Explain overall health:  Still needs to gain a little weight but is otherwise healthy. Had injections done to his stifles, hocks, and both front feet in March due to pain issues. He is now sound for walk/trot. If pushed to a canter, he may need more foot injections (2X/year or per vet recommendation)
