Color: Sorrel
Markings: Small star and white lock in mane

Temperament: Aloof but not aggressive.

Physical problems / health issues: None known.

Interaction with horses: She gets along well in a large mixed herd.  She is dominant in a smaller group of horses but she is not aggressive.

Interaction with people: Would prefer to be left alone but cooperative once she is caught.  She needs time to get comfortable with whoever is working with her.  She does better with one person trying to handle her rather than with a group of people around her.  Not at all aggressive.

History:

Training / abilities: Dutchess is rideable but a little bit rusty.  With some regular work she would be fine.

Experience level required to work with this horse: Advanced beginner.

Has this horse ever:  Bucked? No Reared? No Kicked? No Bitten? No Other?

Ground handling: Catch? Yes, but can be difficult Lead? Yes Tie? Yes Trailer? Yes Clip? Unknown Trim Feet? Yes Bathe? No.  Likes the pond though.

Special needs: Dutchess does not like being sprayed with anything.

Other comments: Dutchess is a big, strong, lovely horse.  She is aloof but can be worked with.  With regular work her tendency to want to be left alone would probably go away.
