Here are some
IMPORTANT preparations:
- Give your horse
a bath and put shine
spray on.
- Polish the
hooves and oil them
or use actual black
hoof polish.
- Comb the mane
all on one side,
brush the tail.
- Get a clean nice
show
halter or wash yours in
the washing machine.
- Get a clean lead
rope. Avoid chains
unless necessary and
recommended.
- Pick a good
background, like a
green pasture, green
bushes, a nice
colored barn, etc.
- Have someone
hold the horse for
you and get a duster
or something to
wiggle to get the
horse's attention
for an alert look.
- For companion
horses, get your
children to interact
with the equine.
Ridable horses
Ridable horses should
always have a nice
confirmation shot so a
ride can evaluate them
for a discipline they
are interested in. We
also encourage pictures
under saddle. These
ideas will help you with
the confirmation and
headshots, as they
should look impressing
and stunning.

Companion Only
Horses
For Companion Only
horses, headshots work
best as they have to
present character and a
kind eye. You want them
to look cute and
lovable. Interactions
showing their interest
and kindness are
preferred. Kids are
welcomed!
