Temperament: Gentle, sweet, friendly, personable.

Physical problems / health issues: None.

Interaction with horses: Pantera has had some problems with other horses in the past but she is currently turned out with a large mixed herd and is doing very well with them.

Interaction with people: Loving and gentle.  She will come looking for people to hang out with.  She can be a bit head shy; she has a bump on her nose which may be an old injury from blunt trauma and would explain why she is head shy.

History: Seized due to neglect.

Training / abilities: Pantera is definitely rideable but does not have a lot of skills yet.   She does not neck rein but does direct rein.  She will back up a step but needs work on backing further.  When she was evaluated, it appeared as if she was looking for another horse to follow so she may have been a trail horse used to following a leader horse and never have been ridden entirely by herself before.

Experience level required to work with this horse: On the ground, beginner to intermediate.  Since she does not know a lot yet, an intermediate rider would be best.
