Explain overall socialization:   He is quite spooky and very difficult to catch. He is also very head shy, so he will need someone who can be very patient. He will need to go to an experienced owner to become a star companion. He is quite attached to Magnum and can always be found at his side.

Explain history if known:    An equine sanctuary in Montana rescued about 80 horses and donkeys in January 2011 when a different local horse rescue had to close its doors. History prior to that is unknown. Cyclone came into our care in March 2011.
