Explain manners:  Montana is very easy to catch, halter, and lead.  She loads just fine.  She enjoys the attention and fuss of a bath.  She loves being groomed and petted.  She knows how beautiful she is after grooming.  She has not been fly sprayed yet.  She stood just fine for the farrier while she was trimmed.
