Explain overall socialization:  Jim is also known as Gentleman Jim because of his attitude and friendly manner towards people.  He likes everyone he meets and gets along just fine with the other horses in his large mixed herd.  He is used by the ranch staff to lead his friend Crystal when they want her to go somewhere in particular.
