Mandy is gentle, sweet,
and willing but
opinionated and not
afraid to let you know
how she feels about what
is happening at the
moment. She has a noise
all her own that she
makes when she is not
pleased.

Mandy hangs out with
some of the tougher
mares in the herd. She
is a bit dominant but
not aggressive. She
does not back down but
she does not start
problems. As she ages
she is mellowing,
though.
Interaction with people:
Mandy loves attention.
She is easy to approach
and easy to handle.
History:
She came into HfH with a
group of horses who had
been neglected and
malnourished. .
Training / abilities:
Mandy is rideable but
has no training and
knows nothing. She
would do well if she was
led with a child on her
back. She would need a
gentle rider at no more
than a trot but
preferably a walk.
