Temperament: Calm and sweet and intelligent.  She is learning to trust.  Has been known to fall asleep while being groomed.

Physical problems / health issues: None known.

Interaction with horses: Mildly dominant and in the middle of her current herd.

Interaction with people: Keara used to run from people.  Now she loves people who are the source of cookies and other good things.    

History: Donated to HfH.

Training / abilities: Started on Parelli basic ground work.  She picks up on what is expected of her very quickly.   Cookies are a good training aid for her.  

Experience level required to work with this horse: Intermediate.  Needs a trainer who knows how to handle a young smart horse who hasn’t had any training.

Other comments: Keara may be part Morgan.  She is beautiful and well put together.  Her mane is nice and thick.  She is an easy keeper.  Keara is bright.  She has learned to open gates.  She was never taught to pick up her back feet but she is being worked with on this.  She is afraid of fly spray so the foster is working on getting her used to it as well.
