Temperament: Joe Bob is smart and mostly cooperative, though he likes to get his own way sometimes.  He appears to have some training and his foster family will be working with him to determine the extent of his knowledge.

Physical problems / health issues: Possible stifle issue with left rear, though this has not been detected from the ground, it may be more apparent with weight in the saddle. With the colder weather, it does appear that his stifle bothers him more.

Interaction with horses: Donor reported that he didn't get along well with other horses and was dominant, however, in foster care, he's been okay with others so far. 

Interaction with people: Joe Bob is very approachable, but he prefers interaction on his own terms. 

History: Donated by an owner who could no longer afford his care. 

Training / abilities: The extent of his training under saddle is not yet known.  His ground manners are fine.   He appears to be green under saddle after an initial evaluation.

Experience level required to work with this horse: Likely strong intermediate under saddle and on the ground.
