Temperament: Good.  She is energetic and smart.  She catches on easily to her surroundings and training.  Quick learner!

Physical problems / health issues: None known.

Interaction with horses: Gets along very well with all the horses. 

Interaction with people: Still young.  Not halter broken yet.  She needs work still to be handled.

History: Belle was seized due to neglect.

Training / abilities: Too young for training yet, but she is sitting and sliding when she stops from a gallop.  I think this little gal has some reining horse in her!

Experience level required to work with this horse: Experience handling a foal is a must.  Someone who is able to halter break her and handle a foal that has never been handled (until now).

Special needs: Currently trying to help Belle gain weight, so feeding a few more rations than normal.  Feeding Foal Lac pellets to supplement her, since she is weaned from her mother.

Other comments: Lovely little Belle has had a rough start in her young life, but she is ready to be someone’s good baby girl; someone who knows how to care for a baby and raise her right.  Right now, she is a “blank slate,” and ready to grow, learn and flourish under the right person.
