Explain overall socialization:   Jade is standoffish and can be difficult to approach.  She is nervous with strangers and will try to escape.  She acts as if someone hurt her badly in her past.  She gets along just fine in a large mixed herd and often has a buddy to hang out with.

Explain manners:  Jade needs to be handled by someone who is cautious and willing to spend time with her teaching her not to be afraid of people.  She has never learned to accept and respect humans.  She is not easy to catch unless she wants you to.  Once caught, she can be led and tied.  She loves being bathed.
