Explain overall Health:  Oreo is a very healthy, very attractive horse.  She was quite skinny when seized but gained weight nicely.  Her teeth are fine and her hooves are good.

Explain overall socialization:   Oreo has spent most of her life without human contact and in a pasture with horses.  She loves her horse buddies but is not all that curious about people.  She just has not had much experience with people being nice and friendly to her.  Therefore, she is not that friendly right now.  With a forever person or family, she can learn that people can be trusted to be good to her.  She is distant with strangers.

Explain manners:  Oreo has not had much human contact, she is currently hard to handle.  She is smart and can be taught once you have her trust.  She just hasn’t had a person to bond with yet

Explain overall training:  Oreo needs to begin with basic ground manners before she can be taught riding skills.  She has potential to be a good riding horse once she has had the necessary training.  She is very showy and will give her heart once she has someone to give it to.
