Temperament: At first, Dorrito was a bit hyper with all the changes, but he's settling in much better now.

Physical problems / health issues: Foundered on fronts, but should recover pretty well with rehab over the next several months. He will be on a natural trimming regime and his foster mom believes he will respond well.

Interaction with horses: Very dominant in a herd.

Interaction with people: 11-20-06 update: Already has gained trust with his foster mom and seemed to gravitate to her in an unfamiliar situation.  Definitely will bond with his “person.”  Startles at motion around his head, but settles right back down quickly.

History: Donation in lieu of law enforcement seizure.

Training / abilities: Unknown at this time. Will be assessed when he's healthier.

Experience level required to work with this horse: Intermediate.
