Temperament: Dharma has a very distinct personality and definite opinions, she's a "boss" mare type of horse.  She's also a very smart mare. Her foster mom calls her a diva! Since she's been in training, her ground manners have improved greatly, and she's much more responsive to her foster mom. Sharma is especially in love with one of her male trainers, she really seems to like men.

Physical problems / health issues: None known.

Interaction with horses: Currently out with one gelding and she is the boss.

Interaction with people:

History: Seized by law enforcement then donated to the organization. Was previously used as a brood mare.

Training / abilities: Enjoys brushing, is easy to catch and you can pick up her front feet.  She definitely needs work on standing for shots. Currently in training and doing very well with round penning and joining up with her handlers readily. Dharma is carrying a saddle and wearing a bridle and has been mounted and ridden several times now. She doesn't know a great deal under saddle yet, but presents no bad habits with the saddle on. Her trainers feel she will come along quickly with the riding cues since she's quite comfortable with them in the saddle.
