Temperament: Comet is a sweet mare with great ground manners. They don't come any sweeter than her!  She's taught many people about horse care and riding over the years.

Physical problems / health issues: Comet has severe arthritis.  She can no longer straighten out her right leg because of it.  She gets bute and cosequin with each feeding to help with that.  She also has a limp because of it, and is now retired. Comet is also blind in her right eye, but this does not seem to bother or inhibit her at all.

Interaction with horses:  Getting along great with her pal gelding. She is not dominant at all.

Interaction with people:

History: Pleasure, trails, play days, parades, broodmare.

Training / abilities: Dead broke, but companion only due to arthritis.
