Explain overall Health:  Chuck came into HfH care very malnourished but has gained weight and is in good health now.  His hooves have been trimmed and are good.  His teeth are fine.  He has no known health problems.

Explain overall socialization:   Chuck has not had a lot of interaction with humans but he is pleasant enough, just not a pocket pony type.  He probably will be more of a person horse when he has his own person or family to care for and love him.  He gets along good in a large mixed herd.
