Explain overall training:  Cherokee could handle occasional leadline use with children for very short periods of time during cooler months, but mostly he needs to be a companion only horse.

Explain history if known:  He was donated to the organization due to his need for medications to alleviate his breathing difficulty. Cherokee was a pleasure horse, general western riding until he suffered an infection, then developed heaves.
