Blaze
Blaze was laid to rest at 11 this morning of November 13. She died in the arms of Debbie and under the watchful care and love of Dr. Jenkins, Jennifer, Ann and myself. She, like all the others, was a perfect horse.

Blaze leaves behind her pasture mate, Sugar, and her many new friends in the back pasture of Habitat for Horses. She was adopted once, but returned because she was too aggressive for her adoptive family. She was a highly spirited, strong, beautiful animal. In her last hours, she knew and understood the power of our love for her.

As we released her from the arms of our love, her spirit soared to meet the river of horses.
